Our prints are produced on premium matte poster paper. We specifically chose matte over glossy because it eliminates glare, gives a more premium and gallery-quality feel, and is much better suited to calligraphy and typography artwork. The result is a print that looks sophisticated and clean in any lighting condition.

We work hard to ensure that the printed colour matches the digital design as closely as possible. Our prints feature a warm cream/off-white background with rich deep black text and these tones are reproduced with great accuracy. Please note that every screen displays colour slightly differently, so there may be minor variation, but the overall look and feel will be just as elegant as what you see in our product images.

Our scripture prints are based on commonly recognised versions of each verse. The precise wording on each print is shown clearly in the product listing images, so you can see exactly what text will appear before you purchase. If you have questions about a specific translation, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our prints are produced using professional-grade, fade-resistant inks. To help preserve the quality of your print over time, we recommend keeping it out of direct, prolonged sunlight and framing it behind UV-protective glass or acrylic where possible.

At this time, we sell prints only frames are not included. However, our prints are sized to work with standard off-the-shelf frames. We recommend looking for frames at IKEA, local home décor stores, or online marketplaces. For the cleanest look with these designs, we suggest a matte black, white, or natural wood frame. These complement the warm cream and deep black aesthetic of our prints beautifully.

Currently we offer four standard sizes as listed above. Custom sizes are not available at this time, but please feel free to contact us if you have a specific need we are always happy to see what we can do.

Because each print is made to order and production begins quickly after your order is placed, we have a very short window to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change anything. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes to the order. Each print is made to order, so there are two stages:

Production time: 2–5 business days (your print is professionally produced and quality checked).

Shipping time: Varies by destination  typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Our prints are produced at printing facilities located close to your destination, which means faster delivery times and lower shipping costs regardless of where you are in the world. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees charged by their country.

Your print will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers with protective backing. Larger prints may be shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube. Either way, your print is handled with care at every step of the process.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your print's journey to your door. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we will look into it right away.

We understand the importance of receiving gifts in time for special occasions. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard international orders, and 10 business days for domestic orders, to account for production and shipping time. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you on whether it is achievable.

We are truly sorry if this ever happens. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send us a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us and we will make it right.

Because each print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Please always check the size, design, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

As prints are custom-produced per order, we are not able to offer exchanges for incorrect size selections. Please review your size choice carefully before checkout. For the cleanest look, place your print in a frame. We recommend:

Hang it using a level to ensure it is perfectly straight. For gallery walls, lay out your prints on the floor first to plan the arrangement before putting anything on the wall.

Keep your print away from direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent fading over time. Avoid humid environments such as near a bathroom shower. If framed, glass or UV-protective acrylic will help preserve the print further. To clean the frame or glass, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth never spray anything directly onto the print itself.
