Sacred Walls operates the online store available at sacredwalls.store .

Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Sacred Walls.

By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on our store.

Our products

Sacred Walls sells made-to-order physical wall art, including framed Christian prints, Bible verse artwork, modern typography and selected automotive artwork.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products sold through our store are physical products and not digital downloads.

Product materials, sizes, frame colours, frame materials and assembly options may vary between products.

Please review the selected product variant carefully before completing your purchase.

Print-on-demand production

Most Sacred Walls products are produced after an order is placed.

We work with printing, framing, packaging and fulfilment partners to manufacture and deliver orders.

An order may be produced at a facility selected according to product type, frame availability, destination and fulfilment capacity.

Artwork creation

Some Sacred Walls artwork may be developed with the support of AI-based creative tools.

Final designs are reviewed and refined through human editing. This may include composition, typography, colour correction, retouching, cropping, resizing and print preparation.

AI-generated and digitally created mock-ups

Some room scenes, interior images, product mock-ups and styled presentation images displayed on our website are AI-generated or digitally created.

These images are used to help customers imagine how an artwork may look in a home, bedroom, living room, hallway, office or garage.

Mock-up images do not guarantee exact scale, colour, room proportions, furniture size, lighting, frame thickness, reflection or final placement.

High-resolution artwork

Our artwork is prepared from high-resolution master files and adjusted for the selected print size.

We do not guarantee one fixed pixel count, DPI value or “8K” measurement for every physical print.

Final print appearance may depend on the artwork, selected dimensions, paper, printing process, frame and normal viewing distance.

Product colours

We make reasonable efforts to display colours accurately.

Small differences may occur because of screen brightness, device settings, room lighting, paper, ink and natural variation in frame materials.

Normal colour variation is not automatically considered a defect.

Room scale and measurements

Room mock-ups are provided as styling examples.

Furniture, wall proportions, camera angle and screen size may make an artwork appear larger or smaller.

Customers should measure their wall and rely on the measurements listed on the product page.

Ready-to-hang products

A product described as Ready to Hang is supplied with the print fitted into the frame and prepared for hanging, subject to the product description.

Assembly-required products

A product described as Frame Kit — Assembly Required includes the print, frame parts and included accessories.

The customer must place the print into the frame and complete the required assembly.

A separate frame should not be required unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Safe hanging and installation

Customers are responsible for checking their wall type, selecting suitable fixings and installing products safely.

Included hanging accessories may not be suitable for every wall material.

Seek qualified assistance where necessary.

Orders

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted or entered into production.

We may cancel or limit an order because of:

• A pricing or listing error
• Product unavailability
• Frame or material unavailability
• A delivery restriction
• Suspected fraud
• A payment problem
• A legal requirement
• Another reasonable fulfilment problem

Any payment collected for an order cancelled by us will be refunded.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

This includes your name, email address, telephone number, billing information and delivery address.

Prices and payment

Product prices, discounts, currencies, taxes and shipping charges may change.

The final amount shown at checkout before payment applies to the order, subject to correction of an obvious error where legally permitted.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges.

Unless these charges are collected at checkout or applicable law requires otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled according to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Made-to-order, personalised and customer-specific products may have restricted change-of-mind return rights where permitted by law.

Copyright and store content

The Sacred Walls name, branding, artwork, product images, mock-ups, text, graphics, page layouts and other store content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, resell, republish or commercially use our content without written permission.

Prohibited use

You must not use our website to:

• Commit fraud
• Break applicable law
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Introduce malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Misuse discounts or payment systems
• Submit dishonest claims
• Interfere with the operation of the store

Third-party services

We use third-party services for Shopify hosting, payment processing, printing, framing, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, marketing and customer support.

Availability of the website

Limitation of liability
